Charlélie Couture: an exhibition in Rodez before the release of a new album

In the era of Trump, Charlelie Couture chose to return to France. He exhibited his works at the Vincent Cunillère Gallery in Rodez until December 29th. In January, the painter will give way to the singer with a new album very expected followed by a tour.

He had since his father’s death a foot in New York and a foot in France. Since the election of Donald Trump Charlelia has found his homeland. Between 2018 and 2019, its news is busy. The three passions of our man are in the spotlight

I have always conducted my three lives in parallel. Painting, music and poetry is what defines me. I am a sort of triathlete of creation.

Greta Trailer: Isabelle Huppert and Her Purse Will Stalk You

The trailer for Greta might make you rethink ever being kind to a stranger in New York City again. It follows the young Frances, played by Chloë Grace Moretz, who finds a lost purse on the subway and, instead of heeding the many MTA announcements that implore anyone in this situation to tell a police officer or an MTA employee, goes to this perfect stranger’s house (!!!!) to return it. The bag’s owner, Greta, played by Isabelle Huppert, is a seemingly lonely older woman who soon entices Frances into a close friendship that escalates quickly into full stalking and lots of broken dishes and probably murder. While you shouldn’t let this scare you away from enjoying New York City’s crumbling public transit, let this be a reminder that we do have procedures in place for abandoned bags on the subway: If you see something, say something.

Trump presidency ‘good news’ for the world, says controversial French author Houellebecq

Controversial French author Michel Houellebecq has again raised eyebrows with a quasi defense of the US president. Under Donald Trump, “America is no longer the world’s leading power,” he said, adding: This is “good news for the rest of the world”.

Despite commending Trump for his first two years in office, Houellebecq admitted he also empathized “with the shame many Americans (and not only ‘New York intellectuals’) feel.”

“On the personal level, he is, of course, pretty repulsive.” [ . . . ]
